Chauncey R. Hiestand is a trusted Kentucky personal injury litigator. He is a managing partner and the head of the Trial and Litigation Departments of the law firm Winton & Hiestand Law Group, PLLC, in Louisville, Kentucky, and serves clients across the state. For nearly two decades, he has honed his trial skills and handled a wide range of matters involving auto accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, premises liability, defective products, insurance coverage disputes and wrongful death.

A native of Crescent Hill, Louisville, Mr. Hiestand completed his bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Kentucky in 2000. He pursued his legal education with a concentration on litigation at the California Western School of Law and received his J.D. in 2004. He is licensed in Kentucky, the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
