Mr. Johnson has also represented companies in investigations and enforcement actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and his clients span a variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, and real estate development.     Mr. Johnson attended Northwestern University and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1989. His legal education came at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 1994. After clerking for a judge on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, Mr. Johnson joined an international law firm based in Chicago, and he spent several years there before becoming a partner at a large Louisville-based firm. He has been with his current firm since January 2018.
