Attorney Jason A. Webber is an associate with the Nathanson & Goldberg, P.C., law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. Over the course of his legal career spanning more than 12 years, Mr. Webber has successfully prosecuted claims and defended the rights and interests of a diverse range of clients, during complex litigation involving construction defects, contract issues and other related matters. Through his efforts, he has negotiated and secured numerous six-figure settlements for disputes arising from a variety of commercial, residential and municipal development projects throughout the region.

A 2003 graduate of Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and history, Mr. Webber attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston, where he obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2006. He received his license to practice from the Massachusetts Bar Association that same year, and in 2012, the New Hampshire Bar Association admitted him to practice. In 2009, he received a Master of Laws in taxation from Boston University Law School.

Along with practicing before all state courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Mr. Webber is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in each state as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court.

He is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association, and he is the author of the "Massachusetts Construction Law Handbook," published in 2017. He also once served as instructor at HalfMoon Education Inc., where he lectured on a variety of topics related to construction law, bond claims, contractor claims and more.
