Joseph J. Goldberg-Giuliano

Joseph J. Goldberg-Giuliano is an experienced criminal defense attorney with a demonstrated history of courteous representation of clients, and he serves his clients through his private legal firm, Joseph J. A graduate of Northeastern University, Mr. Giuliano received his bachelor’s degree in political science in 2003. He enrolled himself in the Suffolk University Law School and primarily focused his studies on criminal law and procedure. He graduated in 2007 with his Juris Doctor and was authorized to practice law in the state in 2008. 

Mr. Giuliano’s first legal position was as a SJC Rule 3:03 prosecutor intern at the Boston Municipal Court, where he prosecuted several federal court cases. During his time here, he was actively supervised by assistant district attorneys, and he worked on and honed his criminal law advocacy skills. With the aim of providing high-quality legal assistance to his clients, he established his firm in late 2008, and since then he has defended a broad range of cases, from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies.
