Alfred P. Farese, III

Alfred P. Farese, III, has spent the past 25 years building his experience in family law. As an attorney and a partner at the North Shore Law Group, he has helped hundreds of families in Middleton, Massachusetts, obtain favorable outcomes to their legal issues. Clients rely on his services in matters related to:

Mr. Farese attended the Boston College and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in English in the year 1994. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the New England Law | Boston in 1997. He was admitted to practice in all the state courts of Massachusetts the same year. Additionally, he is qualified to appear in New Hampshire and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

A certified guardian ad litem and a skilled mediator and arbitrator, Mr. Farese prefers to resolve legal disputes in a less emotional and quicker way, especially when there are children involved. However, he understands that some cases require different approaches and never hesitates to take those cases to court.

A leader in his field, Mr. Farese’s clients and colleagues have taken note of his successful track record and excellent client service. He has received multiple referrals and testimonials from his satisfied clients. He was nominated by the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for Excellence in the Law in 2011. He serves as the president of the Middlesex County Bar Association.

Continuing to invest in his professional growth, Mr. Farese frequently lectures for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE). He is the author of several articles that are published in some of the prominent journals including LexisNexis.

With a passion for giving back, Mr. Farese regularly comes forward to provide services to the vulnerable people in his community. In 2012, he was recognized by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court for his pro bono services.
