Mr. Fiorentino is admitted to practice in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is an active participant in the legal community and is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Boston Bar Association.

Before starting his own law firm, Mr. Fiorentino served as an assistant district attorney in Plymouth County, handling hundreds of cases in Brockton, Plymouth, Hingham and Wareham.
