Mr. Wintz has developed a practice focused on estate planning with special emphasis on Family Business Succession Planning and Family Farm Transition Planning was well as assisting families with Incentive/Motivational Trusts, and creating Special and Supplemental Needs Trusts.

Dan is adroit and sensitive in addressing the unique issues that arise in effective and tax-efficient planning for significant qualified retirement plan, IRA, executive non-qualified deferred compensation, and equity-based compensation accumulations. Dan is a member of the select American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and has been an Adjunct Professor at the Creighton University College of Law where he taught Estate Planning.

Dan works with many clients and their families to develop planned gifting and charitable foundations to help them give back to the communities that have been generous to and supportive of them.
