Katherine Hedges

Katherine is a member of the Renewable/Alternative Energy and Utility Practice Group and the Business and Finance Practice Group. Her work primarily focuses on support of the firm’s renewable energy practice. As part of that practice, she assists national and local companies in performing due diligence and closing transactions involving the acquisition, sale, and financing of renewable energy projects throughout the country. The energy group also represents project owners in obtaining necessary federal and state regulatory approvals.

Katherine also has a wide range of experience outside of the renewable energy practice, including representing clients in commercial and residential real estate matters, contract negotiation, mergers and acquisition, and real estate and business litigation. Katherine advises clients on a wide range of business matters, including entity formation, employment issues, contract drafting and negotiation, and dissolution of entities.
