Sean Wirth is an Associate in the Firms Family Department. Sean handles all matrimonial matters including divorce, domestic violence, pre-nuptial agreements, child custody, parenting time, alimony, and child support. Prior to joining the Firm, Sean served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard W. English, Monmouth County Superior Court, Family Division. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. In 2013, Sean completed an Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and participated in the Hugh B. Pearce Trial Competition. Sean is a New Jersey native and is actively involved in his local community.
Sean is currently an adjunct professor at Brookdale Community College. He spoke at the New Jersey Association for Justice’s 2016 Annual Meadowlands Seminar. This three-day seminar was exclusively designed to meet the continuing educational requirements of trial attorneys and features outstanding local and regional speakers along with top national speakers. He also spoke at 4th Annual CLE End-Of-Year New Jersey Matrimonial Law Seminar presented by New Jersey Legal Training Academy, LLC.
