Christopher Carcich

Hackensack, New Jersey, attorney Christopher Carcich has spent the past two decades building his experience in employment law and business litigation. A partner at the law firm of Carcich O’Shea, LLC, he continues to deliver results for his clients and is not afraid to go the distance for them. 

Serving clients throughout Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Morris and Hudson counties, Mr. Carcich handles cases related to sexual harassment, employment contracts, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), breach of the duty of loyalty, shareholder and partnership disputes, restrictive covenants, wage and hour issues, appellate matters, employment litigation, insurance litigation and other municipal matters.

After attending the State University of New York Maritime College and receiving his bachelor’s degree in 1997, Mr. Carcich went to the Seton Hall University School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2002. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey the same year.

Prior to pursuing law, Mr. Carcich held a United States Coast Guard license, where he served as a third officer for Mobil Oil and Maritime Overseas Corporation. After his law degree, he worked with another well-known New Jersey law firm for over 10 years. These experiences granted him invaluable knowledge and background to deliver the results his clients need.

Committed to maintaining connections with his peers and the legal community, Mr. Carcich is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Committee and the Bergen County Bar Association’s Ethics Committee. He is the author of “Terminating an Irresistible Employee” and has also published a number of articles in the New Jersey Law Journal.
