Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School, Mr. Tuczinski graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. A former Columbia County attorney, he has served as legal and special counsel for many municipal boards and fire districts. He joined the current firm after dedicated stints as a partner at one of the prominent law firms in Hudson, New York, and co-founding the Albany law firms of Fernandez Burstein and Tuczinski P.C. and Tuczinski, Cavalier and Gilchrist, P.C.

Mr. Tuczinski remains active in several professional organizations, including the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, the Columbia County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. An advocate for personal safety and social improvement, Mr. Tuczinski acts as an executive director of the K2P Network to educate and prevent sexual assault and dating violence in schools and communities. He also serves as a director of Citizens for Integrity, Inc., encouraging commitment to public service, accountability, and integrity by elected officials and community leaders.
