Mr. Ortiz holds his licenses to practice law in New York, Massachusetts and Florida, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Massachusetts, and the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
