He received his law degree cum laude from New York Law School and has been licensed to practice law in New York since 1983. He is a graduate of Max Gardner’s Consumer Defense Academy and has attended 5 Boot Camps on Bankruptcy, Bankruptcy Litigation, Loan Modifications, Foreclosure Defense, Understanding Uniform Mortgage Covenants, Escrow Accounting, Rule 3002.1 and Payment Change Notices, Regulations X and Z, and Scheduled Application of Payments Boot Camps. Mr. Schwartz has also attended numerous multi-day conferences by The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Schwartz has handled a wide range of bankruptcy and foreclosure cases and has knowledge of all aspects of creditor and debtor issues. He provides aggressive and dedicated representation to ensure individuals receive all necessary protection from under the law.
Mr. Schwartz has received various honors and awards for his accomplishments.
