Kelly Mulloy Myers is an employment and labor attorney and a managing partner at the Freking Myers & Reul LLC located in Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio. She serves clients across the state of Ohio, helping them with employment litigation, noncompete agreements and various other legal matters involved in all stages of employment. 

After completing her bachelor’s degree in communication from Indiana University, Ms. Myers pursued her master’s in labor and employment relations at the University of Cincinnati. She then decided to study law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 1995 and gaining her license to practice in Ohio the same year. In 1997, she was admitted to practice in the commonwealth of Kentucky, and later, in the U.S District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.

Active in the legal community, Ms. Myers’ successful track record and commitment to outstanding legal ethics has given her numerous leadership opportunities in the past. Currently, she is a part of the advisory council to the Cincinnati Paralegal Association and a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. She also maintains professional memberships in several legal associations:
