An attorney at Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy, and based in its main office in Cleveland, Ohio, Jeffrey M. Heller focuses his practice primarily on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. In that regard, he provides dedicated representation to clients throughout the state who have suffered economic and noneconomic harm through the negligence of other persons or businesses. The types of cases that Mr. Heller has had extensive experience in have encompassed truck and other types of motor vehicle crashes, premises liability, nursing home abuse and neglect, and medical malpractice. He has tried several cases before juries, and he has been able to negotiate favorable settlements in many others.

Mr. Heller also has experience in workers' compensation matters, providing assistance to people who have been injured on the job and who are seeking their rightful benefits under their employer's insurance coverage. Admitted to practice before all Ohio state courts, Mr. Heller is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in journalism in 2005 from The Ohio State University, Mr. Heller subsequently went on to attend Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was the editor-in-chief of The Docket, the school's weekly newsletter, before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2011. He then served for more than five years as an assistant prosecuting attorney with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office before joining his current firm at the beginning of 2017.
