James S. Savage, III

In the vibrant legal landscape of Columbus, Ohio, James S. Savage III stands as a seasoned trial lawyer at Luper Neidenthal & Logan. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Duke University in 1978, Mr. Savage earned his Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law in 1981. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in Ohio and later to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. He spent 25 years running his own boutique litigation firm in downtown Columbus before transitioning to Luper Neidenthal & Logan to enhance client service.

Throughout his career, Mr. Savage has argued numerous cases in both federal and state courts and before arbitration panels. His peers and local judges have recognized him as one of the few trial attorneys in Central Ohio featured in The Best Lawyers in America for commercial litigation.
