Phillip C. Gilbert

A former insurance claims adjuster turned attorney, Phillip C. Gilbert is the esteemed founder of Phillip C. Gilbert & Associates, PC, located in Gresham, Oregon. In 1985, he earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Oregon State University. After working for a couple of years, Mr. Gilbert embarked on the next phase of his educational journey at Lewis & Clark Law School, in the late 1980s. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 1992, along with an official bar license to practice law in the state as well.
