Mr. Brahin has been in private practice for his entire career, and he is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Business Law and Civil Litigation sections of the Bucks County Bar Association, and he is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Central Bucks.

  • I performed what I beleive was the first Condominium Termination in Pennsylvania  pursuant to Section 3320 of  the Pennsylvania Condominium Act.  In conjunction with the termination, I,  along with Fox Rothschild, successfully litigated what appears to be one of the largest Actions to Quiet Title in Pennsylvania, which actions included over 100 defendants.   Subsequent to the revisins to Pa.R.C.P. 2950 et seq. (the Rules appliocable to confession of judgment procedure), I drafted language for use in cognovit clauses which has become standard language for these clauses across the Commonwealth.

  • I have served as an expert witness in the areas of condominium litigation attorney fees and attorney malpractice matters.  I serve as a neutral arbitrator in personal injury actions.  My articles have apperared in The Writs, and I have taught numerous continuing legal education courses at the Bucks County Bar Association and for PBI on commercial evictions and confessions of judgment. I was selected by The Honorable Thomas Mellon to serve on the Bucks County Injunction Practices Committe, and have been the Course Planner and founder of the Bucks County Business Law Institute.  I also serve s a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
