Eric C. Milby is the principal and shareholder of Lundy, Beldecos & Milby, P.C., and works out of their Narberth office in Pennsylvania. With more than 27 years of experience in the field of law, he targets the areas of:

Handling a diverse array of commercial and contractual disputes, Mr. Milby’s primary area of practice is business litigation, focusing significantly on internal business conflicts such as shareholder, partnership and membership disputes. He has also dedicated a large portion of his practice to handling disputes between businesses, particularly in the realms of construction and real estate. He also demonstrates strategic negotiation capabilities, which complement his skills as a litigator, in handling any situation.

Mr. Milby’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in business administration (1993) from Old Dominion University’s Strome College of Business and a J.D. cum laude (1997) from Widener University School of Law. He has further undergone legal training at the University of Virginia Trial Advocacy Institute. Within just a week of earning his license, he conducted his first bench trial; marking the beginning of a long and successful career in courtrooms. 

An active member of several legal and business communities, Mr. Milby holds affiliations with the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, the American Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
