In preparation for his legal career, Joseph F. Ricchiuti earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Notre Dame, and a law degree from Villanova University. He  represented clients in  Pennsylvania in cases of civil litigation, medical malpractice, products liability, insurance bad faith claims and personal injury litigation. A valuable member of Young Ricchiuti Caldwell & Heller, LLC, Mr. Ricchiuti serves as a mediator and arbitrator with ADR Options. He has received over 100 hours of formal mediator training, including courses at Pepperdine University and Harvard Law School. He conducts  aproximately 65 mediations and arbitrations per year. 

With a passion for continuing education and professional training, Mr. Ricchiuti has lectured for organizations such as the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and The Dickinson School of Law at The Pennsylvania State University. A faculty member of the Temple University Beasley School of Law’s Academy of Advocacy for over 25 years, he sought during this time to improve trial skills in new lawyers.

Mr. Ricchiuti is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.
