    Frost served his country as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1969 to 1972. During law school, his passion for fighting civil injustices was ignited. While in law school, he interned at the American Civil Liberties Union and helped prepare and ultimately try a case involving a blind social worker who was denied employment with the Ohio Youth Commission because of his disability. This was the beginning of his illustrious career as a civil rights and employment litigator.

    As an attorney, Frost has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements during his career. He has tried civil cases in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware involving issues such as freedom of speech, sex and race discrimination, due process, prisoner rights, police misconduct, disability, education, malicious prosecution and employment cases.

    Mrazek v. Stafford, 17-2061 (3d. Cir. Oct. 1, 2018), where the Third Circuit upheld the denial of qualified immunity for a police chief engaging in First Amendment retaliation against an officer seeking promotion to the rank of sergeant. After the Third Circuit ruled in Plaintiff's favor, the Township agreed to retroactively promote the Plaintiff, with backpay and raises, and pay his attorney's fees.
