Mark T. Reynolds

A dedicated and skilled attorney at the Providence, Rhode Island, law firm of Reynolds, DeMarco & Boland, Ltd., Mark T. Reynolds devotes his deep legal and technical knowledge and experience to providing his clients with innovative, sensible and valuable representation. He has been doing what he does for over three decades and enjoys understanding and serving the needs of his clients.

Mr. Reynolds has focused his practice on complex personal injury matters, employment and labor law, insurance litigation, governmental liability, products liability and medical malpractice. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island (1992), the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

A native of Warwick, Rhode Island, Mr. Reynolds obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in accounting from Ithaca College, New York, in 1988. He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 1992.

With a genuine concern for his clients who go through a difficult time, Mr. Reynolds tries to settle disputes through mediation or negotiation. He helps them minimize stress and costs so they can quickly get back to normal operations. However, he is aware that different cases require different approaches and remains prepared to stand by his clients’ sides through every step of litigation. He is also regularly appointed as an arbitrator and mediator to handle complex and private matters.

With a passion for law and for giving back to his community, Mr. Reynolds has taken on many memberships and leadership positions. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the American Bar Association and the Defense Counsel of Rhode Island. He is among the board of managers of the Ocean Community YMCA, a youth, nonprofit organization in Westerly, Rhode Island. Additionally, he serves as an arbitrator with the Rhode Island Superior Court – Annexed Arbitration Program.
