Robert H. Hood, Jr.

Bobby is the managing partner at the Hood Law Firm, LLC.  He practices as national and statewide trial counsel for major corporations and insurers.  His trial experience includes matters involving product liability, professional liability, general negligence, construction litigation and commercial litigation.  He serves as national counsel for a large manufacturer of aerial lifts, digger derricks and chippers.  He is an active member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, the International Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, the American Bar Association and the Network of Trial Law Firms.
