Since 1985, the Hood Law Firm, LLC, has been providing clients excellent service in commercial litigation and personal injury defense. Located in Charleston, South Carolina, our more than 25 lawyers have the experience and knowledge to get things done for our clients that range from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. With the philosophy that success is obtained through collaboration with the client in a team approach to achieve the desired goal, our lawyers strive to obtain favorable resolutions for each matter that we handle. Our goal is to provide high-quality trial and appellate work to obtain the best possible results for clients in a cost-effective and professional manner.

Robert Hood Sr. is the founder of the firm, and he has received numerous accolades from his fellow professionals during his career, including being selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America each year since 1983. Along with many of our other lawyers, Mr. Hood has received an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell. Several of our lawyers have also been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, and one of our partners, Molly Craig, has received other honors as well, including being named to Benchmark Litigation's annual Top 250 Women in Litigation list. She is also a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
