Scott C. Evans grew up in Summerville, South Carolina. Scott attended the Honors College of the College of Charleston, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2005. Scott graduated Summa Cum Laude and was named the Top Honor Graduate, ranking number one in his graduating class. Scott graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina School Of Law in 2008, and was ranked seventh in his law school class.
