He is also licensed in Georgia, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee and the Northern District of Georgia as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th and 11th Circuits.
Highly active in his legal community, Mr. Leader is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations, the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, and he is former Master of the Harry Phillips Chapter of the American Inn of Court.
