    Mr. Metzler earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and received his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He holds a license to practice law before all Texas state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
