Jesse Showalter

Jesse Showalter is an attorney at the law firm of McCathern, Shokouhi, Evans, Grinke in Dallas, Texas, and has close to a decade of legal experience. He is a well-equipped litigator and represents large corporations and individuals. Serving residents throughout Texas, he focuses his practice on areas related to construction litigation, insurance litigation, commercial and business litigation, personal injury, cyber liability claims and Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) claims.

Admitted to all the federal courts in the state of Texas, Mr. Showalter has successfully tried several jury cases on behalf of his clients. In addition to litigating trials for his clients, he has extensive experience reviewing legal documents and negotiating settlements. With one of his practice areas being personal injury, he frequently handles claims and pre-suit investigations related to wrongful death, brain injury and several other catastrophic injuries.

Graduating from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, Mr. Showalter received his bachelor’s degree in environmental science. Later, he enrolled in the South Texas College of Law Houston and obtained his doctorate in jurisprudence in 2013. While at the university, he worked as a law clerk at a prominent law firm in Houston specializing in litigation and immigration law.

With the best interests of his clients in mind, Mr. Showalter proactively analyzes each case and creates strategies and solutions that are unique to his clients’ cases. He understands that litigation can be intimidating to the clients and makes sure to explain all the possible scenarios to them beforehand.

Mr. Showalter has successfully obtained million and multimillion-dollar verdicts for his clients, is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and holds a “Good” rating on Avvo. He is an active member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Association and the Dallas Bar Association.
