Mazin A. Sbaiti

As a founding partner at Sbaiti & Company PLLC, based in Dallas, Texas, Mazin A. Sbaiti offers strategic legal representation to individuals and businesses in tough litigation issues all across the state. His practice areas include business litigation, intellectual property litigation, securities litigation and personal injury claims representing plaintiffs.

Mr. Sbaiti approaches litigation with a strategy, drawing from his experience in trial and appellate courts. He is known for handling disputes involving commercial conflicts, antitrust and securities issues, and intellectual property rights, as well as significant personal injury matters. 

Mr. Sbaiti earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating cum laude from Emory University in 1998. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor, graduating with honors from Columbia Law School in 2004. During his legal training, he gained valuable judicial experience, serving as a student clerk to the Honorable Robert M. Levy of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eugene E. Siler Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.

Licensed to practice in Texas, New York, California and the District of Columbia, Mr. Sbaiti is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas; the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd, 5th, 6th and 9th Circuits; and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Sbaiti remains actively involved in the legal profession. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and serves as a council member of the Antitrust and Business Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and The State Bar of California.
