Devin Kathleen Epp focuses her practice on employment litigation matters, including wage and hour, employment discrimination, whistleblower, wrongful termination, retaliation and complex litigation. In her first year of practice, as co-counsel in a whistleblower and employment retaliation case in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, she tried and won her first case, which made the Top 100 Verdicts in Employment & Labor in the United States in 2023, ranking #51.
