Mr. Manca is an award-winning lawyer who specializes in appeals. He represents clients in civil and criminal appeals in the Washington Court of Appeals, the Washington State Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals. A former law clerk to Chief Justice Mary Fairhurst, Mr. Manca is an attorney at the law firm Talmadge/Fitzpatrick, which also advises clients on legal ethics.
A lifelong Seattle resident, Mr. Manca earned his bachelor’s degree and law degree from the University of Washington, where he was a Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review.
