Jeff is an experienced plaintiffs trial lawyer who has tried over 100 civil jury cases in over 45 jurisdictions. His practice areas include motorcycle collisions, bicycle collisions, trucking accidents, wrongful death, insurance coverage disputes, insurance bad faith, wage and hour claims, and legal malpractice.

In addition to his active law practice, Jeff has been a national trial consultant for over 14 years and is president of Boyd Trial Consulting, PLLC.  He conducts interactive focus groups, assists with theme development, and jury selection.  He is frequently hired by many of the top trial lawyers throughout the country to consult on their toughest cases.  He is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.

Jeff is an active member of the American Association for Justice where he serves as a State Delegate and is a member of the Jury Bias Litigation Group.  In 2008, he was awarded the Wiedeman & Wysocki National Finance Council Award.  He is a Member of the Melvin Belli Society.  He is a member of the invitation only National Trial Lawyers Association and sits on the Executive Committee of the Association of Wage & Hour Attorneys.  He is also a member of Public Justice.
