Attorney Michael D. Daudt is the managing member of Daudt Law PLLC in Seattle, Washington. Serving a diverse range of clients throughout the Puget Sound area and all across the state, Mr. Daudt primarily handles complex litigation involving real estate and construction disputes, business and partnership disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and homeowner association issues.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Daudt has achieved notable success advocating for and supporting his clients who are dealing with a wide range of legal matters. Along with providing invaluable litigation counsel, he also has considerable experience assisting in numerous business and real estate transactions, and he regularly advises his commercial clients to help them mitigate their risk exposure.

Mr. Daudt is a contriubting author of the chapter on surface water law in the Washington Real Property Deskbook, published by the Washington State Bar Association.  In recognition for his impeccable professionalism and exceptional legal abilities, Mr. Daudt has received a Superb rating from Avvo, and he has earned an AV Preeminent peer review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell each year since 2000, among his many other awards and honors.

A 1989 summa cum laude graduate of Abilene Christian University, Mr. Daudt attended the University of California Berkeley School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1992. While in law school, he served as associate editor for the California Law Review, and he earned high marks for his excellent academic achievements.

Mr. Daudt is licensed to practice in California and Washington, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Washington and the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
