Linda Vogt Meagher

Linda Vogt Meagher is one of the trial attorneys who serves its base in Milwaukee Metro and statewide Wisconsin. She represents her clients in a wide range of personal injury and business litigation suits. Some examples include medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, health law and insurance coverage disputes.

Ms. Vogt Meagher has been a licensed attorney since 1988 and is a graduate of Marquette University Law School. Before pursuing her Juris Doctor, she earned her B.A. in political science and economics at the University of Wisconsin. She is currently admitted to practice in all Wisconsin state courts, the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

During her 30 plus year legal career, Ms. Vogt Meagher has received several notable achievements. For example, in 2015, she was featured in a cover story alongside her sister in the Wisconsin Super Lawyer Magazine. She was a Woman Leader in the Law in 2011. She has been on the Super lawyers list for many years. Ms. Meagher is a Senior Fellow of the prestigious Litigation Counsel of America, which is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than half of one percent of American Lawyers. Fellows are selected based upon effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. She has been designated a Barrister, Order of Veritas, and Advocate, Order of Certus. Ms. Meagher is a member of the Trial Law Institute and Diversity Law Institute.

When Ms. Vogt Meagher is away from the office, she dedicates her time to serving in law organizations. She enjoys judging national mock trial and moot court competitions.
