Healthy business relationships are an essential component of business success. When disputes cause business relationships to sour, declining productivity and revenues are sure to follow. Bill works with business owners to bring successful and efficient resolution to a wide variety of business disputes.
With more than two decades of practice in in the “corporate divorce” arena, Bill understands the challenges that can arise from internal dissension within the management, operations and ownership of a closely held business. Through hard work, candid advice and effective advocacy, Bill helps clients end bad business relationships so they can move forward with better ones.
Bill is the author of “Life’s Too Short for A Bad Business Partner.” In his book, Bill guides business partners through corporate divorce, including how-to end the unproductive business relationship and successfully move on.
