Jennifer E. Novoselsky handles complex commercial and financial litigation. Jen has experience representing financial institutions, public and private corporations, broker-dealers, investment advisers and high net worth individuals in a variety of matters, including claims for securities fraud, corporate dissolution, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of non-competes/non-solicitation agreements, business torts, contract disputes and directors’ and officers’ liability claims.
Jen has extensive experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, JAMS and FINRA. Jen also has experience representing clients in investigations and civil proceedings before the DOJ, the SEC and the FTC. Her practice includes advising clients concerning compliance with securities laws and regulations, with a particular emphasis on FINRA Rules.
Before joining RK, Jen practiced in the commercial, competition and securities litigation group of a nationwide law firm. Jen also served as an extern to the Honorable Charles E. Freeman of the Illinois Supreme Court.
