    Mr. Fleischman is the author of a treatise on secured transactions governed by Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. He is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he majored in music and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1994. Mr. Fleischman's legal education came at the University of Virginia School of Law, and he was the articles editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law Association before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 1997. His community service has included his tenure as a member of the board of the Louisville Orchestra.
