Mr. Rachlin's practice emphasizes estate and trust planning; representation and advice to trustees, Personal Representatives (executors),beneficiaries, and others relating to wills and trusts; and, fiduciary litigation in contested estate, trust, and guardianship matters.  Mr. Rachlin also practices in general civil and commercial litigation.  Mr. Rachlin is an active member of various committees of the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland, is the past elected Treasurer of the Bar Association (and presently serves as the Treasurer of the Bar Foundation), and has served multiple terms as an elected member of the Executive Committee.  He is a two-time recipient of the prestigious Leadership in Law Award from The Daily Record in 2016 and 2019.  Mr. Rachlin practices throughout both Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Rachlin graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law and from the Honors College of the University of Maryland, College Park.  He presently serves on the alumni board of the University of Maryland College of Behavioral and Social Sciences and the University of Maryland Gemstone Honors Program.
