Hannah J. Molitoris

Hannah J. Molitoris is an attorney at the law firm Morgan & Morgan located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She focuses her practice primarily on personal injury and civil litigation matters, including brain injuries, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents and more. She serves as a zealous advocate for the rights and liberties of her clients who have been injured due to another person’s negligent actions.

Graduating cum laude, Ms. Molitoris has a bachelor’s degree in political science and public relations from Susquehanna University. She served as the vice president and practicum director of the Public Relations Student Society of America and studied a semester in Washington, D.C. She went on to study law at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University and earned her Juris Doctor with dean’s list honors in 2016.

While in law school, Ms. Molitoris was a part of the Student Bar Association, the moot court team and the mock trial team. She was active in the law school’s criminal law clinic and served as a volunteer with the M.E.N.T.O.R. program and the Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity.

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Ms. Molitoris is also licensed to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, she was a public defender in the Philadelphia Municipal Court and the Courts of Common Pleas.

Ms. Molitoris teaches as an adjunct professor at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law. She has active memberships in the Professional Women's Roundtable, the American Association for Justice, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.

Honored for her work in the legal field, Ms. Molitoris was named to the Best Lawyers’ list of Ones to Watch in America in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
