Offering dedicated legal services to people in El Reno, Oklahoma, and throughout the state, we focus our practice in the areas of criminal defense, family law and personal injury at the Swain Law Group. Our attorneys represent clients with matters such as assault and battery, domestic violence, drug and alcohol violations, juvenile delinquency, murder, sex offenses, theft, divorce, marriage dissolution, child support, custody and visitation, motor vehicle accidents and brain injuries.

After earning his law degree from The University of Oklahoma College of Law, our founding attorney set down roots and founded our law firm. Since 2009, we have grown from a one-man office to having a team of attorneys and support staff serving clients from seven locations across the state.

Our firm’s founding mission to not let the scales of justice tip against people has not changed. Our attorneys tirelessly advocate on behalf of our clients’ rights and interests, striving to help them achieve efficient and effective resolutions to their legal issues, so they may focus on moving forward.

Community involvement remains a priority for our attorneys at the Swain Law Group. Our founding attorney volunteers his services with the University of Oklahoma College of Law’s criminal defense clinic, and he holds membership in the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers and Cleveland County Bar associations.
