Swain Law Group
Our team at the Swain Law Group serves clients in Marietta and across Oklahoma. Whether we take on civil or criminal cases, we work hard to ensure the scales of justice work as intended. We have developed a strong reputation for defending clients against some of the most serious charges in the state. As a full-service law firm, we handle virtually all aspects of law. However, criminal defense, family law, personal injury and eminent domain make up the bulk of our caseload.
Matt Swain established the Swain Law Group shortly after graduating from law school and being admitted to the state bar. Our founder completed his bachelor's degree at Wake Forest University and then pursued a Juris Doctor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Mr. Swain graduated in 2009 and passed the Oklahoma bar exam that same year. Since then, he has grown our team by hiring other professionals who also bring impressive qualifications to the table.
Over the past decade, Swain Law Group has racked up an impressive number of awards and recognitions from law organizations and our colleagues. In 2016, we ranked among the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys' 10 Best for Client Satisfaction. In 2017, Expertise named us among the Best Criminal Defense Lawyers in Oklahoma City. Our clients have also praised our professionalism and powerful results.
Our team at Swain Law Group remains committed to giving back to our communities from our seven office locations. Our founder's pro bono activities include volunteering at the Criminal Defense Clinic at the Oklahoma University College of Law.
