At the Swain Law Group, we proudly offer dedicated legal services to people living in the Sayer, Oklahoma, area, and throughout the state. Focusing our practice in the areas of criminal defense, family law and personal injury, our attorneys generally handle cases involving matters such as assault and battery, domestic violence, drug and alcohol violations, juvenile delinquency, murder, sex offenses, theft, divorce, marriage dissolution, child support, custody and visitation, motor vehicle accidents and brain injuries.

After earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2009, our founding attorney set down roots in the Norman community. Since the establishment of our firm, we have grown from one attorney in a single office to five attorneys and a large support staff operating from seven locations across the state.

Whether faced with criminal charges, a family-related legal dispute or injury caused through no fault of their own, we strive to ensure the scales of justice do not tip against our clients. Acting as our clients’ advocates, we zealously pursue their rights and interests. Our founding attorney has an Avvo “Superb” rating.

We emphasize community involvement at Swain Law Group. A member of the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers and Cleveland County Bar associations, our founder regularly volunteers his services with The University of Oklahoma College of Law’s criminal defense clinic.
