Swain Law Group
A full-service law firm, we represent people in Stigler, Oklahoma, and throughout the state at the Swain Law Group. Focusing our practice in the areas of criminal defense, family law and personal injury, our attorneys guide people through some of life’s most difficult legal challenges, helping them achieve efficient and effective solutions.
After earning a Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2009, our lead attorney founded our law firm with the purpose of preventing the scales of justice from tipping against people. With seven office locations across the state, our attorneys aid clients with wide-ranging cases, including those involving matters such as the following: assault and battery, domestic violence, drug and alcohol violations, juvenile delinquency, murder, sex offenses, theft, divorce, marriage dissolution, child support, custody and visitation, motor vehicle accidents and brain injuries.
We recognize the emotions, from anger to fear or sadness, that people often are going through when faced with difficult legal situations. Offering customized guidance and personal attention, our attorneys carefully guide them through each stage of the process, standing by their sides so they do not have to stand alone. Our founding attorney has an Avvo “Superb” rating.
Giving back to the community is a priority for our team at the Swain Law Group. Among other activities, our founding attorney regularly volunteers his services with The University of Oklahoma College of Law’s criminal defense clinic.
