Our team at Swain Law Group brings more than a century of combined experience to the table. We fight hard for the rights of our clients across a wide range of practice areas in Sallisaw and across the state of Oklahoma. Over the years, our clients have primarily sought our services for assistance with criminal defense cases. Some of the criminal law cases we handle include murder, DUIs, sex offenses and drug trafficking. However, we also handle real estate, family law and personal injury cases. 

We are especially proud of our diverse team at Swain Law Group. Our attorneys and administrative staff come from all walks of life and bring a wealth of professional knowledge to the table. The majors they pursued before studying law include economics, medical sciences, criminal justice and sociology. Together, we have the unique ability to view the same case from multiple angles, and we serve clients from seven offices statewide.
